Easy to prepare, it can be enjoyed hot or cold.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for 4 people<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 tomatoes<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/duport-aberle.ch\/en\/our-products\/hijos-de-carlos-albo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2 cans of ALBO white tuna in extra virgin olive oil<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 cup green beans (can be already cooked)<\/li>\n<li>Parmesan cheese to taste<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 onion<\/li>\n<li>1 small garlic<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>pepper<\/li>\n<li>oregano<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Boil the green beans for 10 &#8211; 15 minutes, season with salt and a pinch of pepper. Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and set aside. Then scoop out the tomatoes and keep the pulp. Place the tomatoes in a baking dish.<\/li>\n<li>For the filling, finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in a little olive oil for about 5 minutes. Add the tomato pulp, then the chopped green beans, season with salt, pepper and oregano.
